Payment rates
Here you will find information about the payment rates to the NOx Fund.
From the first quarter of 2025, the payment rates to the NOx fund are NOK 18 per kg of NOx for emissions from the oil and gas industry and NOK 12 per kg of NOx for other businesses. The fiscal NOx tax for NOx emissions 2025 is NOK 26.36 per kg.
Payment rates from 2017
The difference between high and low payment rates has become smaller, especially calculated as a percentage difference, which is in line with the NOx Agreement 2018-2025.
