The NOx Fund has decided to be stricter on accepting what is confidential or not confidential on submitted applications for support for NOx-reducing measures. The decision enters into force with immediate effect.
The NOx Fund basically wants transparency about the awarded support, but also understands that the company wants to be confidential in some cases. This applies, among other things, in competitive situations such as tender rounds or if new technology is involved.
The NOx Fund has now decided that all received applications will be confidential until the NOx Fund has decided on support. If the applicant wants the decision to also be treated confidentially, the applicant must provide a particularly good reason for this. If a decision is set as confidential, this applies until the company has made an investment decision.
